How to Order your Custom Strap

Please read the following carefully to have the best customer ordering experience:

Look around and see our various designs, artists, etc.

Read our Terms and Conditions Policy.

For general questions concerning design or special custom pricing, use our Customer Service email form.

If you have specific design questions, contact the respective designer: Trish Taylor for calligraphy; Heather Boynton for Swarovski crystal work; and CT Strickland for special custom designs, including carving production times, etc.

We recommend you contact us before placing an order or sending money because we may have a waiting list.  We can add you to that list for free but as your place in production comes up, payment or a min. deposit is required to secure your place in production.

Once you have agreed to a price estimate with us, your project can then be ordered by either prepaying the full amount (required for Performer Series) or confirming your order with a 50 percent non-refundable deposit for Musician, and Artist levels using our PayPal credit card method or by mailing a check.  This reserves your place in production.  If you choose to pay by personal check you will need to print out the purchase order that you receive by email and include a copy with your check.  No work will be commenced on your project until your check clears the bank.  Read our policies concerning returned checks.

When we receive your payment we will ship you a small measuring kit package of assorted cords, and leather pieces to assist you in getting the best custom fit for your instrument and body type.  Adjust and tie off as instructed and return mail back to CT Music Straps.   We will then have the means to craft your strap to fit with precision.

As part of our customer consideration we will keep you informed as to the status of your strap production, answer your questions, and give an estimated delivery date. You may at that time be required to make additional payments throughout the process until your order is paid in full at time of delivery.

For more information on how we handle the manufacture, sales, and service please refer to our Terms and Conditions page.
