How to Order your new custom strap, accessories, and other company products:
Please feel free to browse our entire site to view and read the information concerning our custom, handcrafted instrument gear and accessories. At CT Music Straps we do not think a person should be penalized because of size, so all of our straps are priced according to design level, regardless of the width or length you require. We craft our straps to fit you exactly so we usually require measurement information and after your deposit we will ship out our measuring kit to get the right fit and once you return mail the kit with any additional information, we can set things up to get your strap in production.
Please note that at times due to heavy production schedules we may have a waiting list. There is no charge to be added to this list, but as we are able to give a more definite start date, a purchase or non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your order in our production line up. Contact us before sending money to verify if this is the case.
Otherwise, straps and accessories can be selected and purchased either in full or according to deposit requirements through our Order Now page via PayPal secure payment gateway. You are strongly reminded to read and agree to our company terms and conditions prior to final check out. At any time during your visit on our company website you can read our polices by simply clicking the Terms of Service link from the menu.
Our online Order Now page, allows the shopper to make secure payments with major credit or debit card via our PayPal gateway. More items are being added in the future, but until then please contact us for a FREE PRICE QUOTE until we update our checkout system.
Checks are gladly accepted with signed terms agreement. However work will not begin on your project until the funds clear the bank. There will be a $60.00 fee billed for any returned checks.
